Where to buy...?
OK, I have my cash in hand, but it seems that currently there's only one way to buy their album -- go to iTunes.
I've been an Apple fan since '83, so nothing against them, but I'm appreciative of high-quality music, and I'm not looking for I Nine stuff in the .mp3 format. It's OK for a cheap car stereo, or your daily jog maybe, but I want to hear every nuance, every note!
Does anyone know if we might be able to get these guys to offer their songs for download in the .flak format? (It's considered the best "digital" format, most perfectly representative of the original.)
Old CD
I saw you guys 2 or 3 years ago (time lines are harder to remember the older I get!) at Eddie's Attic in Atlanta. The show was incredible and I really enjoyed it. I bought a CD at the show which I think was the actual show recording - just a burned CD with the band name written on it in marker. I still have that CD and consider it one of my favorites.
I'm a programmer and I listen to it frequently while working. I checked out the old website a few times (i9band) and it was down and I figured perhaps you packed it in. I was happy to hear that you're still kicking it.
I've never seen anyone play the Cello like Bryan did in the Rochester NY show.
Carmen's personality makes her twice as beautiful as she already is (if that posible).
Carmen Rocks...Bryan Rulz!!!!
first post
I came to this site to learn more about I Nine, kinda surprised there aren't other posts.
Saw you guys at the Madison in Covington when you were warming up for Pat Monahan. Next time you are around Cincinnati we will be coming to see YOU . . .
Trying to tell my friends about I Nine the best comparison I could come up with was The Pretenders: awesome lead female vocals in a band with a hard edge. (how much bigger might the Pretenders have been if Chrissie Hynde looked like Carmen?)
Speaking of the Pretenders, maybe it's time for a cover of "back on the chain gang".
