I did Nov. 4th at Lincoln Theater in Raleigh, NC....WOW!!! You Guys Rocked the House!!!!
One heck of a show... If you're tired of the bubble gum music then give ININE a listen, better yet go see them live in concert.... A tight band of childhood friends from South Carolina that work together effortlessly like seasoned pros... Carmen the lead singer really stands out, especially in an industry with more than enough pop princesses.... This girl has got some serious pipes...and passion... She commands the stage with a style all her own but reminiscent of Janis Joplin or Alanis Morissette in the early days... Inine songs have meaning and Carmen performs each one with raw emotion and a theatrical flare... My favorite song/performance was "Get Out!" It tapped a nerve with me and will with anyone who has ever been with someone that isn't right for them...you deal with their s***/abuse until you can no longer and then there's no where else to go but GET OUT! It's like Carmen reached inside herself to that place that once hurt and ripped it out of her chest...threw it on the floor and stomped on it in front of everyone... IT WAS AMAZING!!! To hear a song for the very first time and 3 weeks later still be thinking about it... you've got something there... "I'm Going Home" was Great too... Every song was great... Can't wait for the album...
Enjoy the success that's coming... You've certainly earned it... Don't let it ever change you from the band that I saw in Raleigh...
Peace,
Wade
